The journey starts at the farm. We selectively hand-pick only the fully ripe, deep-red coffee cherries. By leaving the unripe green cherries on the branch to mature, we ensure the highest natural sugar content and the most complex flavor profiles in the final cup

Within hours of being picked, the cherries undergo processing to prevent fermentation. Whether using the Washed, Natural, or Honey method, this crucial step removes the outer fruit (the pulp and mucilage) to isolate the inner seed the coffee bean itself

The processed beans, still encased in a protective layer called parchment, are carefully spread out on raised drying beds or sun patios. They are raked and turned consistently until they reach an optimal moisture content of 10-12%, ensuring they are stable and safe for long-term storage and transit

Hulling and Milling

Revealing the green bean

Once fully rested and dried, the coffee goes through a dry mill. Hulling machines gently crack and remove the dry, papery parchment layer, finally revealing the raw, unroasted "green bean" inside.

Sorting and Grading

Sorting and Grading:Ensuring export quality.

In the final stage, the green beans are rigorously sorted by size, weight, and color. Any defective or damaged beans are removed, ensuring that only the most uniform, premium beans are packed into GrainPro bags and burlap sacks, ready to be shipped globally
